Branson Ultrasonic Cleaning System  TDR-35

Consists of three individual tank stations for cleaning.  One tank equipped with 3kW ultrasonic cleaning power.  Each tank compartment measures 16" x 20" x 19" deep overall with a 13" max working depth.  Each tank is equipped with its own bottom drain and water feed.  A cover for each tank is also supplied.

This system can be used with or without the transporting mechanism.  The tank system could be used for a hand dipping operation if desired.

This machine was in operating condition when it was shut down in January, 2013.

The TDR-35 uses a cantilevered conveyor system that transfers parts from one location to another during the Branson cleaning operations.  The microprocessor based, material handling system is especially designed for clean rooms.

Its unique feature is its prevention of overhead contamination and particulate generation so that your components come out clean and stay clean.  The TDR-35 is also smart, simple to use, flexible and fully programmable.  Specifications as follows:
